The Winco EMP-10 commercial-grade planetary mixer with hub is a commercial-grade mixer designed to withstand daily use in bakeries, delis and cafes. The high-capacity 10 liter interlocking bowl is made from 304 stainless steel and features a safety guard. The mixer is made from heavy-duty die-cast iron for maximum durability. A gear-driven high-torque motor has 3 speeds to ensure an even mixture even with thick doughs and batters. Non-slip rubber feet hold this mixer securely in place. The stand mixer is compatible with the industry-standard #12 attachment hub. Includes (1) mixer with hub, (1) whip attachment, (1) flat beater and (1) spiral dough hook.
