This portable, plug-and-play external DVD/CD drive from VikTck is designed for MacBooks and other USB-C devices. It requires no software installation and is powered directly by the USB-C port. Featuring strong error-correction, anti-shock, and noise-reduction technologies, it offers a low-power consumption solution. Includes a USB-C to USB-A converter for broader compatibility. Supports burning and playback of DVDs and CDs, but not Blu-ray. Compatible with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. Please note: Not compatible with all iPads, cars, TVs, projectors, Chrome OS, or smartphones. Do not use with USB hubs or extension cables. Desktop users should connect to a rear USB port. A player like VLC Media Player may need to be installed.
