Product Description Intumescent pipe Collars are prefabricated for open/closed through-penetration firestop systems with plastic pipe. Not for use in environments with long-term exposure to rainfall/saltwater spray. Easy pipe collar installation saves on labor costs of up to twenty-five percent. No measurement of material required. Intumescent pipe collars fit in limited access areas. 3"; highly intumescent pipe collar. Tested for PVC, CPVC, ABS and PVC/ABS foam core, FRPP, PP. UL classified for both open and closed pipe systems and FBC system compatible. Collar may be used on up to 3 hour rated concrete floors and walls, up to 2 hour rated gypsum walls and up to 2 hour rated wood floors. Economic and easy applications; prefilled design. Can be filled with fire rated caulk for smoke sealing. Nno asbestos, fillers, or solvents added.
