The CAP Deluxe Utility Bench in gray incorporates all of the necessary features and functions found on traditional weightlifting utility benches and incorporates additional features to take advantage of other training methods. The band/tube posts, an industry first feature, allows the CAP Deluxe Utility Weight Bench to be used with resistance tubes or bands to incorporate low impact resistance exercise alternatives to your exercise program (great for rehabbing and senior strength building). Use this bench as a key component in dumbbell training routines. Perform a number of upper and lower body exercises while incorporating dumbbell use to hit goals and build / maintain muscle. This bench can also be used as the center piece for core exercises. Great for leg lifts, crunches, twists and more. Add the CAP Barbell FM-905Q Color Series Exercise Rack or FM-8000F Color Series Deluxe Power Rack to color coordinate and customize your home gym (not included). Recommended maximum weight capacities for the bench are 500 lb (flat position, including user) and 400 lb (inclined positions, including user). The unit is for indoor use only.
