**BLUE**Lumia Wellness Ergonomic Yoga Block, Relieve Wrist Pain, Improve Comfort and Grip, Pilates Balance and Stretching (Blue)

WHY our Ergonomic Contoured Yoga Blocks 2pack? Because they will save your wrists while you strengthening my mind and body,! Placing your hand on traditional flat yoga blocks causes unwanted pressure and strain on your wrists. The traditional yoga blocks force your wrist into an uncomfortable 90 degree angle that isn’t right for everyone, especially beginners. Don’t buy the custom hand cutout blocks, those were designed with one specific hand size (large hands). Our contoured yoga block was designed so that people with smaller hands could use them just as effectively as people with large hands.
