• FLEXIBLE BASE FITS METAL ROOF PROFILES: The soft rubber cone and flexible metal base conform to ribbed, corrugated and standing-seam metal roofs. Easily mold the base to match roof ribs and pitch for a tight seal on sloped roofs and around deep corrugations.
• COMPLETE INSTALL KIT – SCREWS & HEX BIT INCLUDED: Each pipe flashing boot comes with self-tapping roofing screws and a matching hex socket bit, so most installs can be completed by one person in about 30 minutes with standard tools. No need to hunt for extra hardware on the job site.
• LEAK-PROOF RESULTS WHEN SIZED & INSTALLED CORRECTLY: For best performance, always measure pipe outside diameter before ordering and choose the correct # size. To install the roof vent boot, trim it 20% smaller, seal the aluminum base with silicone, press it onto the roof, and secure the flashing with screws. If using deep corrugated panels (over 1.5" corrugation) with a square base is recommended. For roofs with a pitch greater than 10/12, select the next size up roof pipe boot for the same pipe diameter.( Avoid installing closer to the heat source than recommended)
