• Installation Instructions: The inner slider must be located on the left side of the chain, as viewed from the door end of the rail. The inner slider snaps into the chain with the slotted side facing the garage floor and the toothed side facing the rail. The screws must go through the chain and inner slider from the rail side. Then put the lock washer and hex nut on the screw from the outside. The head of the screw should now rest against the chain on the rail side and the nut on the inner slide should be away from the rail.
