The reasons for ineffectiveness may be: 1. High temp sealant does not conform to the environment at that time, such as high Temperature environment, high heat silicone sealant cannot be used. 2. Uneven coating. 3. Insufficient curing time, environmental changes will extend the curing time. 4. Surface oil stains have not been cleaned , resulting in weak bonding. 5. RTV silicone gasket maker has aged. NOTE: 1. Conduct a sealing test after sealing to prevent damage to the instrument during actual use. 2. Different environments require different curing times: 25℃, 10~30min (room temperature) 3. Applicable temperature: - 60~+300°C 4. Ultimate pressure: room temperature: ≥10MPa 5.
