• If you are sensitive to smells and are going to use this stone indoors, please heat the stone in your oven for 30 minutes at 400+ degrees F. Keep windows and doors open for this process. On second use, cooking pizza or bread, most of the smell will have dissipated.
• Cleaning:Use a spatula to scrape off excess food before cleaning. When the stone has cooled, soak it in warm water for a while scrubbing with a brush. Never use soap or detergent on the stone.
